5 Day Water Fast and Wim Hof method- Days 1 & 2


A five day water fast as part of a health reboot.

Chronic persistent, aches and pains, as well as as immune sensitivities were the motivation behind trying this reboot.

Make sure you discuss your plans with your doctor, and if you have any significant health complaints please perform any detox under supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.

In this video, i mention a couple of my persistent health complaints that led me to begin the water fast.

I also outline the method i followed:

1. replenish any urinary output by approx 400ml glass of water each time.

2. maintain electrolyte balance by consuming a multivitamin and mineral supplement, as directed.

3. don’t eat anything (maybe sounds obvious, but some proponents suggest that berries and broths are ok)

4. Went to gym as normal (some proponents argue against any physical exertion)

5. went to work as normal

6. went to sleep as normal
